At JB’s Fish Sauce we are confident that you will be fully satisfied with how the product performs. Everyone knows there are no guarantees in fishing. We do however offer returns, refunds, and/or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date, as long as the bottle is in new and unused condition. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the consumer. Upon receipt of the product we will then honor your choice of a refund for the purchase price of the product, or exchange it for a new one.
